Sorry, another food first time. But especially on days, where you just have to organise stuff such as busrides and travel routes it’s all about food.
And today is a good day for food. It’s Good Friday and everyone serves and eats fish. It’s usually hard to get a fresh fish dish on the street markets. One of the things, I miss a lot here.
Of course, I wanted to follow the religious tradition and eat my first ever fish dish in Bolivia. Not surprisingly you get it fried only, but I don’t care today. Fish is fish. And it was a huge good portion. It came with maniok and salad. The Easter weekend can come.
